A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to deny certain benefits to taxpayers who participate in or cooperate with the boycott of Israel.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to deny foreign tax credits, DISC benefits, and other tax benefits to companies cooperating with countries demanding that such companies boycott Israel, Israeli clients, or companies owned or managed by Jewish individuals.
