A bill to amend section 8332 of title 5, United States Code, to allow certain military service to be included in determining the aggregate period of service on which an annuity under such title is based.

Requires that military service performed by an individual who was voluntarily discharged from active military service before becoming entitled to retirement pay in order to accept a Presidential appointment to a civilian position requiring Senate confirmation, be included in determining the period of service on which a civil service annuity is based.
