A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Army to study and recommend to the Congress remedial measures which may be undertaken to eliminate any problem relating to certain major tributaries which drain into the Mississippi River between Bayou Pierre and the Buffalo River in the State of Mississippi.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to study and recommend measures, to include flood control, bank stabilization, and sedimentation, to eliminate problems relating to major tributaries of the Mississippi River between Bayou Pierre and the Buffalo River in Mississippi, at an estimated cost of $750,000.
