A bill to authorize the appropriation of funds to provide for additional administrative expenses associated with the implementation of the Local Public Works Capital Development and Investment Act of 1976, as amended.

Authorizes the appropriation of $14,395,000, in addition to funds previously authorized to the Secretary of Commerce, to remain available through fiscal year 1979, to provide for additional administrative expenses including program evaluation costs associated with the implementation of the Local Public Works Capital Development and Investment Act of 1976, as amended.
