National Presidential Direct Primary Elections Act - Requires candidates for the offices of President and Vice President of the United States to be chosen by direct Presidential primaries conducted in each of the States.
Establishes guidelines for such primaries including (1) qualification for primary ballots by region; (2) party identification; and (3) authorizing States to require filing fees up to a maximum of $2,500.
