A bill to provide for an immediate 15 percent cost-of-living increase in social security benefits.

Amends Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to increase by 15 percent the monthly benefits and lump-sum death payments payable under such Title. Directs that the increase in benefits shall be effective for months after May 1975.
