A bill to amend the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to add a requirement that the comprehensive State plan include provisions for attention to the special problems of prevention, treatment, and other aspects of crimes against the elderly.

Amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to require that comprehensive State plans which must be submitted in order to receive certain assistance thereunder contain a comprehensive program relative to the special problems of prevention, treatment, and other aspects of crimes against the elderly.
