Older Americans Employment Rights Act - Defines the term "age" for purposes of equal employment opportunities under the Civil Rights Act of 1964, to mean a person's being considered too old, but only if such person has attained the age of 40 years.
Prohibits employment discrimination because of age, under such Act.
Repeals the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967.
