A bill to prohibit discriminatory employment practices with respect to physically handicapped persons.

Amends the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to include as an unlawful employment practice discrimination on the basis of physical handicap. States that nothing in this Act shall be construed to require any employer to provide any special services to handicapped employees.
