A bill to authorize reimbursement of the Federal share of the cost of construction of a toll bridge across the Ohio River at or in the vicinity of Huntington, West Virginia.

Directs the Secretary of Transportation to reimburse the Federal share of the cost of construction of a new toll bridge across the Ohio River at Huntington, West Virginia, in accordance with a specified formula. Designates such bridge to be a part of the Federal-aid primary system.
