A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to extend the period of eligibility for veterans readjustment appointments in the Federal Government for veterans of the Vietnam era.

Extends the authority to make veterans readjustment appointments of Vietnam era veterans to the Federal Government through September 30, 1980. Abolishes the time limitation on eligibility for such appointments of veterans eligible for them on April 9, 1970, or who were separated from the armed forces on or after such date.
