A resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to provide a six-year term for President and for Vice President and a three-year term for Representatives and to limit the total number of years for which Senators and Representatives may serve.

Constitutional Amendment - Declares that the President and Vice President shall serve a term of six years, and that no person shall be elected to the office of President more than twice. Declares that Members of the House of Representatives shall serve three-year terms. Limits to 12 years the aggregate period a person may serve as a Representative or Senator, and 18 years the aggregate period a person may serve as a Senator or Representative.
