Concurrent resolution to establish a Commission on Legislative-Judicial Relations.

Establishes a commission on Legislative-Judicial Relations to conduct a study of article III, section 2, of the Constitution relating to the authority of Congress to limit the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.

Requires the Commission to submit to the Congress a report containing the findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the Commission with one year.
