A bill to authorize appropriations carrying out the provisions of the International Economic Policy Act of 1972, as amended.

Provides that the staff of the Council on International Economic Policy shall be appointed and compensated without regard to the provisions of law regulating the employment and compensation of persons in the Government service.

Authorizes to be appropriated to the Council, under the International Economic Policy Act, $1,657,000 for fiscal year 1976, and $1,670,000 for fiscal year 1977.
