Provides that upon the adoption of this resolution the House shall take the following action with regard to the Senate amendments to H.R. 10727: (1) agree to specified amendments; (2) agree to other Senate amendments with House amendments as set forth in this resolution; and (3) disagree with other Senate amendments.
