Resolution calling for the imposition of a reciprocal price increase on goods exported to member nations of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries.

Expresses the concern of the House of Representatives at the imposition of a 10 percent price increase in oil prices by the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries. Requests the President to impose a 10 percent increase on the price of American goods exported to the countries which are members of the Organization.
