Resolution to instruct the Judiciary Committee to make a continuing study of the fitness of Federal judges for their offices.

Authorizes the House Judiciary Committee to make a continuing study of the fitness of the judges of the Federal courts for the performance of their official duties, and, from time to time, to report the results of such study to the House with a view to its consideration of impeachment proceedings where appropriate.
