Requests the President to provide to the House of Representatives information relating to the sale of the Hawk missile system and Redeye anticraft missile system to Jordan.
Directs that the following information be provided: (1) the specifics of how and when such sale was initiated and what other military equipment was sought by Jordan; (2) whether and when the request was referred to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs, the Bureau of Politico-Military Affairs, and the systems project manager of a military service and the recorded conclusion of such departments; (3) the specifics of a price and advisability statement; (4) the identities of persons in the executive branch who evaluated the request; (5) details of the letter of offer and financing arrangements made by Jordan for such sale; (6) details of the acceptance by the Government of the United States of the arms sale request; (7) what point, if any, the sale is to be referred to the Congress; (8) description of the operation and capabilities of the Hawk missile system; (9) identity of other nations to which the United States has supplied or plans to supply such systems and the details of such contracts; and (10) with respect to the Redeye anticraft missile system, all of the information sought by this resolution with respect to the Hawk missile system.
