Resolution to authorize the Committee on the Judiciary to conduct an investigation and study of the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States relating to the practice of abortion.

Authorizes the House Committee on the Judiciary to conduct a full and complete investigation of (1) the effects of the Supreme Court decision relating to abortions; and (2) the desirability of legislative or other action to alter or reverse such decision.

Authorizes the Committee to conduct hearings and issue subpenas to carry out such investigation.
