Directs the President to furnish to the House of Representatives information concerning the payment of funds by any person acting under the direction of the United States Government or any agency or other instrumentality of the United States Government to any political party in Italy or the Italian media. Specifies that such information shall include: the amount of funds involved; the date such funds were offered and delivered; the identity of the intended recipient of such payment; the instrumentality of the United States Government responsible for such payment; and the circumstances surrounding such payment.
Calls for an explanation of the facts leading to the decision of the United States to enter into agreement with France, West Germany, and Great Britain in refusing to loan money to Italy if any Communist is admitted to the cabinet of the Italian Government.
