Resolution establishing a select committee to investigate the release of material contained in the report of the House Intelligence Committee in contravention of the express will of the House of Representatives.

Creates a ten member select committee of the House of Representatives to investigate the events surrounding the release of material contained in the report made by the House Intelligence Committee relative to the investigation of the Central Intelligence Agency and other agencies made by that committee.

Requires a report to be filed within sixty days of the passage of this resolution.
