A resolution to provide for the expenses of investigations and studies to be conducted by the Committee on Post Office and Civil Service.

Authorizes the expenditure of $698,000 by the House Committee on Post Office and Civil Service for inquiries and investigations. Allocates $70,000 to be expended for the procurement of consultant services.

Directs that no part of the funds authorized by this resolution shall be available for expenditure in connection with the study or investigation of any subject which is being investigated for the same purpose by any other committee of the House. Requires the chairman of the Committee on Post Office and Civil Service to furnish the Committee on House Administration information with respect to any study or investigation intended to be financed from funds authorized by this resolution.
