A bill to amend title 39, United States Code, to prohibit the payment of retirement benefits to officers and employees of the U.S. Postal Service, other than retirement benefits payable under title 5, United States Code.

A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide for additional positions in grades GS-16, GS-17, and GS-18.

A bill to amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide an exemption from the minimum wage and overtime requirements for that act for certain full-time babysitters.

A bill to insure that recipient of veterans' pension and compensation will not have the amount of such pension or compensation reduced, or entitlement thereto discontinued, because of increases in monthly social security benefits.

A bill to provide that pay adjustments for Member of Congress take effect in the Congress next following the Congress in which they are approved.
