A bill to amend the Water Resources Development Act of 1974 relating to the project to provide bank stabilization works for the protection of the Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton, S. Dak.

Provides, under the Water Resources Development Act, that the Secretary of the Army shall not require as a condition precedent to construction of bank stabilization works for the protection of the Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton, South Dakota, that such hospital agree to hold and save the United States free from damage due to such construction.
