A bill to provide for the participation of the United States in the Financial Support Fund.
Financial Support Fund Act - Authorizes the President to accept membership for the United States in the new international financial organization provided for by the Agreement Establishing a Financial Support Fund of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to issue guarantees, backed by the full faith and credit of the United States, for the purpose of carrying out the financial obligations of the United States under the terms of the Agreement, up to a specified amount.
