A bill to authorize funds for assistance to local educational agencies for the education of Cambodian and Vietnamese refugees, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Education to make grants to local educational agencies or to the States to assist in the cost of providing education and occupational training and retraining to Cambodian and Vietnamese children and adults who are refugees as defined in the Indochina Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1975.

Authorizes specified appropriations for fiscal years 1976, 1977 and 1978 for such grants.
