A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to further define the term "eligible veteran," for the purpose of job counseling, training and placement service for veterans with the public employment services.

Defines the term "eligible veteran" as meaning those veterans discharged under honorable conditions for the purpose of job counseling, training, and placement service for veterans with the public employment services of the federally-funded programs. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 2001(1))
