Provides for the establishment of the Father Marquette National Memorial near Saint Ignace, Michigan, pursuant to agreement between the Secretary of the Interior and the Governor of Michigan for the location, construction, design, and operation of such memorial.
Authorizes to be appropriated up to $500,000 for the purposes of this Act.
