A bill to insure that recipients of aid or assistance under the AFDC, child welfare services, and medicaid programs and participants in the Headstart, Follow Through and Foster Grandparents programs, will not have the amount of such aid or assistance reduced, or entitlement to such aid, assistance, or participation discontinued, because of increases in monthly social security benefits.

Provides that recipients of aid or assistance under the aid to families with dependent children, child welfare services, and medicaid programs, and participants in the headstart, follow through, and foster grandparent programs, will not have the amount of such aid or assistance reduced, or entitlement to such aid, assistance, or participation discontinued, because of increases in monthly social security benefits.
