Authorizes appropriations for the operations of the Office of Environmental Quality and the Council on Environmental Quality of $2,000,000 for fiscal year 1976 and $500,000 for the transition period through September 30, 1976.
Permits the Council to accept and employ voluntary and uncompensated services and reimbursements from private nonprofit organizations or entities of Federal, State, or local government for travel expenses of Council officers or employees. Permits the Council to make specified expenditures in support of its international activities.
