Requires, under the National Security Act, that the Central Intelligence Agency keep the Congress informed on matters relating to foreign policy and national security by providing the House of Representatives Committee on Armed Services and International Relations and the Senate Committee on Armed Services and Foreign Relations with intelligence information and with analysis of such information. States that such information may be made available to any member of Congress in accordance with such rules as the committees may establish.
