A bill to amend the National Security Act of 1947, as amended, to keep the Congress better informed on matters relating to foreign policy and national security by providing it with intelligence information obtained by the Central Intelligence Agency and with analysis of such information by such Agency.

Requires, under the National Security Act, that the Central Intelligence Agency keep the Congress informed on matters relating to foreign policy and national security by providing the House of Representatives Committee on Armed Services and International Relations and the Senate Committee on Armed Services and Foreign Relations with intelligence information and with analysis of such information. States that such information may be made available to any member of Congress in accordance with such rules as the committees may establish.
