A bill to insure that recipients of veterans' pension and compensation will not have have the amount of such pension or compensation reduced, or entitlement thereto discontinued, becaused of increases in monthly social security benefits.

Provides that recipients of veterans' pensions and compensation shall not have the amount of such pension or compensation reduced because of increases in monthly social security benefits which result from the enactment of Public Laws 93-66 and 93-233 or any subsequent cost- of-living increase under title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act.

Provides that the provisions of this Act shall apply to annual income determinations made for calendar years after 1972.
