A bill to amend the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to prohibit military assistance to South Vietnam after June 30, 1975, unless the President determines that a temporary extension of such assistance, for not more than 120 days after such date, would facilitate a peaceful solution to the Vietnam conflict.
