A bill to amend title 38 to provide that service in the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps shall be considered active duty in the Army Forces of the United States.

Provides that service in the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps shall be considered active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States for the purposes of all laws administered by the Veterans' Administration. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 106(a)(1))
