A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code in order to extend the entitlement of veterans to educational assistance from 36 to 45 months.

Extends to forty-five months (presently thirty-six) the maximum number of school months covered by veterans' educational benefits for eligible veterans. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 1661)
