A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 so as to reduce by 8 percent the amount of individual income tax withheld at the source.

Reduces by 8 percent the amount of individual income tax presently required to be withhold at the source for purposes of collection of the income tax at source under the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.
