Foreign Assistance and Belated Programs Appropriations Act, 1975

Foreign Assistance and Related Programs Appropriations Act - =Title I: Foreign Assistance Act Activities= - Authorizes aggregate appropriations of $3,674,346,982 to carry out the provisions of the Foreign Assistance Act relating to: economic assistance; Indochina postwar reconstruction $499,000,000; the Middle East special requirements fund, $100,000,000; security supporting assistance, $660,000,000 (including $324,500,000 to Israel, and $250,000,000 to Egypt) and military assistance, $475,000,000 (which includes limits on the number of flag and general officers which may be assigned to military advisory groups).

Restricts the uses of funds under this Act including prohibitions on use of such funds for assistance to North Vietnam or for support of prisons in South Vietnam.

Requires that such funds be used for the stated projects and in the amounts justified to the Appropriations Committees unless such Committees have prior notification.

=Title II: Foreign Military Credit Sales= - Authorizes appropriation of $300,000,000 for credit sales to Israel.

=Title III: Foreign Assistance (Other)= - Authorizes appropriations for the Peace Corps, for refugees, including the Palestinian refugees, and for international financial institutions for designated developmental programs.

=Title IV: Export - Import Bank of the United States= - Authorizes expenditures by the Bank of $6,403,086,000.

=Title V: General Provisions= - Prohibits use of funds under this Act for publicity or propaganda purposes within the United States not heretofore authorized.
