A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to allow an itemized deduction for motor vehicle insurance premiums.

Revises the Internal Revenue Code to allow as a deduction from gross income a maximum of $150 paid by an individual during the taxable year as a premium on a motor vehicle insurance policy which insures a motor vehicle owned by the taxpayer.
