Authorizes an appropriation to the Department of Commerce not to exceed $2,800,000 for fiscal year 1976, not to exceed $750,000 for the transition period through September 30, 1976, and not to exceed $3,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1977 and 1978 to carry out the purposes of the Standard Reference Data Act.
