A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, in order to entitle veterans and other eligible persons to 45 months of educational assistance for all educational programs under chapters 34 and 35 of this title.

Establishes a forty-five month period manimum for educational assistance in programs administered by the Veterans' Administration for veterans who have served on active duty for 18 months or more since January 31, 1955.
