National Science Foundation Authorization Act - Authorizes appropriations for the National Science Foundation of $751,000,000 for fiscal year 1976 and $748,400,000 for fiscal year 1977. Authorizes an additional $4,000,000 for each of fiscal year 1976 and 1977 for expenses of the National Science Foundation incurred outside the United States.
