A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to liberalize the provisions for special emphasis in employment of disabled veterans.

Provides that for the purpose of the provisions for special emphasis in the employment of disabled veterans, the term "disabled veteran" shall mean one with a disability rated at 10 percent or more (presently 30 percent or more). (Amends 38 U.S.C. 2011(1)).
