Transfers control of real property located at 49 Rue Pierre Charron, Paris, France, known as Pershing Hall, to the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs.
Directs the Administrator to transfer control over such real property to the head of any department or agency of the United States who before the sixtieth day after the date of enactment of this Act notifies the Administrator that the department or agency of which he is the head could use such real property to carry out its functions.
Stipulates that such real property shall continue to be known and referred to as Pershing Hall and shall be maintained, perpetuated, and used as a memorial to the memory of General of the Armies of the United States John J. Pershing and the officers and men of the American Expeditionary Forces in World War I.
Abolishes the Pershing Hall Memorial Fund.
