A bill to amend the Tariff Schedules of the United States in order to apply the existing tariff treatment of articles of metal exported for processing and returned for further processing in the United States, and to articles assembled abroad from United States products, which are to be sold to U.S. agencies under procurement contracts entered into before such articles are exported for processing or assembly.
