A bill to authorize an emergency NATO contingency fund.

Authorizes to be appropriated for expenditure by the President $100,000,000 as an Emergency North Atlantic Treaty Organization Fund. Stipulates such fund is to be available only in order to strengthen the military capabilities of signatories of the North Alliance Treaty.
