A bill to prohibit changes in the missing status classification of members of the uniformed services unless certain requirements are complied with.

Prohibits changes in the missing status classification of members of the uniformed services until the President has determined that all reasonable actions have been taken to account for such members and that other criteria have been met under this Act.
