A bill to provide that service charges paid by property owners to independent sewerage authorities shall be tax deductible as part of the real property tax paid on said properties.

Provides that service charges paid by property owners to independent sewerage authorities shall be tax deductible in the same way as the real property tax paid on said properties under the Internal Revenue Code.
