A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to provide for the review of sentences imposed in certain criminal cases involving physical violence or crimes committed with a firearm, and for other purposes.

Requires that a three judge Federal district court review sentences imposed in specified felonies involving physical violence or the use of a firearm. Directs such court to impose a more severe sentence if the court determines it is warranted by the circumstances of the particular case. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 3576)
