No-Stamp Act

No-Stamp Act - Permits postage-free mailing of correspondence to any Member of Congress by any resident of the United States.

Directs the United States Postal Service to make available at nominal cost at every post office printed and pre-addressed mailing forms for use in corresponding with Members of Congress.

Directs the Post Office and Civil Service Committees of the House of Representatives and the Senate to submit recommendations relating to expansion of such postage-free mailing to include correspondence to the President, the Vice President, and Federal agencies.
