A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to permit optometrists to provide services that are covered under the medicare program and are within their license.

Amends Title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to authorize the payment of optometrists for the full range of services which they are legally authorized to perform by the State by which they are licensed.
